Custom Fitted Hats

One of the newest styles out are Custom Fitted Hats. You may see someone wearing a hat you like and ask him where they got it? A custom fitted is a hat that is specially made and can’t be bought everyplace. Some are made by companies like New Era. Their 59 fifty hat seems to be the most popular. What you can do is get one say in all black. Then have your own design put on it. Then there you go! customized hat! I have seen a few web sites that make them for you and let you pick the hat style, the logo and all the colors. Some of the stuff is kind of cheesy so you need to be careful. You can pretty much create whatever you want on them. There are a few sites that will walk you through it. This is great for when you are trying to make some hats for family reunions or events. Also great for your softball or baseball teams.

Some of the nicer ones I like to collect are the alt colored sports teams. Like a green Boston Red Sox hat for Saint Patrick’s Day or the red Yankee hat. I love collecting discontinued sports teams. Such as the Washington Bullets hats, Hartford Whalers hats. These hats always start a conversation or bring up a nostalgic memory of the team. Another is Nightmare Before Christmas Custom Fitted Hat. It’s got Jack’s face on the top with his mouth overlapping the sides.

I personally like to create my own trucker hats. Trucker hats are a fun way to express yourself cost effectively. If you’re lucky you might even sell a few. These pretty much can be made at your local print shop. Anywhere at a price of 5-10 dollars a hat. Depending on how many you buy. It kind of sucks to have to buy about 100 hats. Unless you’re going to sell them. Most people don’t buy more then 12.

Collecting hats can get expensive. When I started hats where like ten to fifteen dollars in the 1990’s. Now some of them run up to 40 dollars. It’s a great hobby and I will show pictures of some of my and other peoples hats. By the way, I got a big head and wear a 7 ¼ hat!

Congratulations to the New York Giants for winning the NFL Championship game.  What a great game to watch these two teams battle it out.  Eli Manning did a spectacular job and was well deserving of the MVP award.  This was one of the best Super Bowls i have seen in a long time.  This is a great hat that has the NY logo on the right corner and a classy looking XLVI on the brim.  On the rear of the hat it has the Vince Lombardi trophy with Super Bowl XLVI written on it.  This makes number four for the G-Men.

Hot new Miami heat hat.  I like this one.  It has heat logo inside the word HEAT with a little Miami on top.  Also has a nice logo on the side of the cap.  I like this one with the simple colors and the basic letters.  Lets see if Lebron and the boys can get it done this year.  Last year was such a let down.  With this short season anything is possible.

And here they are.  The two teams to duke it out in the super bowl.  Rematch from 2007,  It’s the  New England Patriots vs The New York Giants.  I’m pretty excited for this one.  Can’t wait to see Tom Brady take on Eli Manning in an all out slug fest.  The giants have been playing well the past couple games, but brady is sure to put on a throwing clinic.  These hats look hot no matter what team your rooting for good luck to both!

Thor baseball cap.

Here is a picture of the Thor hat inspired by the movie.  I like this white on black hat with an outline of Thor and a picture of his hammer Mjolnir on the left side.  I pretty excited for this move to hit the theater.  I like this one cause it is pretty basic and to the point.  I will be picking up one of these before i go to see the movie.  Another great New Era Custom Fitted Hat.

Green Bay Super Bowl Championship Hat.

So the Packers went on a tear and beat the crap out of most teams the past 6 weeks to win the Super Bowl.  This is a nice hat by Reebok.  It has the Super Bowl 45 Logo on it and it’s all black.  Very Classy looking.  I like that the Logo is not to over sized it makes the hat look nice.  Well next year i am hoping my Oakland Raiders bring it home but for now i’ll just wear their silver and black custom fitted hat!

This is the hot new Tron Custom Fitted Hat.  The sequal so to speak for the Tron movie.

I like this hat it got the whole ball throwing game going on in it.  If your a fan of Tron or just Sci-Fi in general then this is a must have hat for you!  Plus go peep out the movie!

2010 world series champions

Well they did it.  The SF Giants Won the Championship.  First one since they left NY.  Well here is the Custom Fitted Hat that they wore in the locker room.  I like the stripes on the brim and i like logo in the middle of the home plate.  This is a real good one for the end of baseball season.  I really was rooting for the Rangers but i guess these guys just had the better pitching staff.

Here is the fresh Texas Rangers World Series Custom Fitted Hat.  After having a great series against the Yankees,  The Rangers deserve this one.  This will be their fist time in the finals and i am rooting for them all the way.  Now if it was the Yankees vs. the Giants we would have some old school NY rivalry.  But this series should be a great one to watch!

Tamps Bay Devil Rays Fitted Hat

Here is a hot Tampa Bay Devil Rays Custom fitted hat.  I like the color of this hat, it has a nice aqua blue that makes me think of the water.  The MLB Logo that over shadows the Tampa Bay logo on the cap is also really nice.  The outline of the TB on the front of the hat brings a nice subtle look to it.  I’m gonna really dig this fitted hat during play off time.
